Eliminate current code, enact TRUE Balanced budget, line item veto
NO TAX for those below the poverty line, which is about 17k adjusted annually, however a return would still
be required with a failure to file penalty of 10% until the US Government electronic credit cards were in place.
Then a National Sales Tax of 10% with 1% to be invested in a tax elimination plan over 100 years, at which
time, the National Sales tax would be reduced each year until it was only 2%, 1% for savings and 1% for
general fund, thus growing the revenue each year
AND Replace with Fair Taxes
A bracketed tax for those over 100k of 10% with 1% to be invested in a tax elimination plan over 100 years, at
which time, the Bracketed tax would be reduced each year until it was only 2%, 1% for savings and 1% for
general fund, thus growing the revenue each year
There would be no deductions for anything, mortgage, medical, or anything else. No deductions, no exceptions,
no new tax code could add deductions. Any and all payments would require a electronic W2 or 1099 with the
US government credit card. All American currency would be done with electronic US government credit cards.
This makes taxes simple, with no need for an accountant.
Balanced budget with US government restricted to no use of the 1% surplus each year, the 1% surplus would
be saved in investment instruments with heavy penalty for fraud, it could be used for US, State, County and city
bounds.

Next, Bring home the jobs and money
Place a 10% tax on all imported goods, its time to put Americans back to work, all our jobs have been
exported to cheaper labor outside the USA, very little is American made. This additional tax revenue could only
be used for reducing national debt, Federal, State, County, or city bonds that improve, inter structure or employ
US citizens.
Bring home some of our Military, we do not need as many bases as we have Worldwide, bring back that
Military spending to the USA.
Last Fix Social Security and Medicare forever
Social Security and Medicare, must limit and cap Social Security and Medicare use, Stop the overcharging.
Eliminate the misuse of funds for those who say they can't work, I have seen people with no hands work. Never
pay total life support.

with a new name. All equities should be book value, hard asset value not perceived value. This would allow
Americans to invest with confidence, and build corporate and individual wealth. Stocks would have real value.
Final comments
Americans are repulsed by Scams and getting cheated, why should American Companies have the privilege to
cheat and scam the American people.
Most Americans are willing to pay their bills, but as Americans we must be able to pay our bills and live
reasonably.
It is true Americans want everything, things that they could do without, but we should be entitled to what our
Constitutional rights give us "The right to live in peace and happiness" which should include the right to prosper
without governmental interference.
